Feedback on Procrastination

I have talked to a couple of my friends to get ideas to write about procrastination. First I asked them why they procrastinate. Some of my friends said it is the feel of failure. Others say they work best under pressure. Some say if they procrastinate while writing a paper it allows ideas to flow until the right idea comes to mind that they want to write about. Different contributions to procrastination is they don't understand what they need to do.
